This twenty-year-old building on the Gulf of Mexico in Clearwater, Florida was due for some major renovations. Its cantilever balconies were not only sagging, but the solid concrete block "knee walls" (visible in the inset) were aggravating the situation. I created simulated views of what the new construction would look like in this image and the previous one. This was a job for Photoshop with its layers, layer masks, and other features.
